This Partner Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Write the Ship, LLC, located at 4414 Casey Lake Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33618 ("Company," "We," "Our," "Us"), and the individual or entity participating in the program ("Partner,", "Affiliate", "You," "Your"). This Agreement governs Your application for and participation in the Digital Writing Partners Program (the "Partner Program" or "DWP"). For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Partner" is used to refer to participants in the program, commonly known in the industry as affiliates.

BY REGISTERING AS A PARTNER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE COMPANY'S GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE, AVAILABLE AT https://vine-perch-730.notion.site/Ship-30-Partner-Program-TOS-25301b956bb680a4a6efeaa5d99db0da?pvs=74. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PARTNER PROGRAM.

SECTION 1 – REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

1.1. Application and Approval: All prospective partners must submit an application to join the Partner Program. The Company will review each application and reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. The approval process may take up to seven (7) business days. Acceptance into the Program is not guaranteed.

1.2. Eligibility: To participate, You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during Your registration and to keep this information updated. The Program is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

1.3. Participation: As a Partner, You will be provided with a unique tracking link ("Partner Link") to promote Digital Writing Partners products and services. You are eligible to earn commissions and/or prizes for each paying customer who signs up for a DWP cohort or product through Your Partner Link ("Referred Customer").

1.4. Partner Approval, Suspension, and Removal: The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Partner from the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of the brand, violation of this Agreement, or conduct that the Company deems inappropriate or harmful to its business or reputation.

(a) Fraud Investigation Process: If the Company suspects fraudulent activity or other violations of this Agreement, the Company will make a reasonable attempt to contact the Partner via the email address on file to discuss the matter. If the Partner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of the Company's initial outreach, the Company reserves the right to immediately deactivate and remove the Partner from the Program.

(b) Forfeiture of Commissions: Any Partner who is suspended or removed from the Program for cause, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to respond to Company inquiries within the specified timeframe, will forfeit all pending commissions, including any commissions that have not yet been paid. The Company will not be liable for any commissions owed to a removed or suspended Partner under these circumstances.

SECTION 2 – COMPENSATION, PRIZES, AND PAYMENTS

2.1. Commission Structure Overview: Partners are eligible to earn commissions on sales of Digital Writing Partners products. Commission rates vary by product and Partner tier. All commission percentages are calculated on the net purchase price as defined in Section 2.1(c) below.

(a) Digital Writing School (DWS): Digital Writing School is a recurring monthly subscription product priced at ninety-nine dollars ($99.00) per month. Partners can earn up to fifty percent (50%) commission per month on this product, depending on their Partner tier, for up to twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of the Referred Customer's initial purchase.

(b) Premium Ghost Writing Academy (PGA): Partners can earn up to twenty percent (20%) commission on Premium Ghost Writing Academy sales for up to twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of the Referred Customer's initial purchase, depending on their Partner tier.

(c) Net Purchase Price Definition: "Net purchase price" is defined as the total amount received by the Company from a Referred Customer, less any payment processing fees, taxes, discounts, promotions, and amounts attributed to refunds or chargebacks.

2.2. Partner Tiers: The specific commission rates and tier structure for each product will be detailed in Your official partner dashboard, accessible via dub.co. Partners may advance through tiers based on performance metrics established by the Company.

2.3. Partner Ecosystem & Subsequent Purchases: When a Referred Customer makes their first purchase through Your Partner Link, they become associated with Your partner account for a period of twelve (12) months. You will be eligible to earn a commission on any subsequent purchases of other Digital Writing Partners products made by that same customer during this 12-month period. Commission rates for subsequent purchases will vary by product and will be detailed in the official partner dashboard.
